In the rare event (fewer than 0.01% of shipments) that unforeseen postal delays push transit beyond 60 days, we issue an immediate full refund. Should the package arrive after that point, you keep the items at zero cost.
For International Destinations (Rest of the World):
For regions outside our Selected Countries list, local postal handling can occasionally require 35 to 45 business days. Every package includes active tracking. If transit exceeds 100 days, we will promptly provide your choice of a 100% refund or a reshipment via an alternate carrier. If the original parcel ultimately delivers following your 100-day refund, the products are yours to keep.
